Xavier and Ruth really really really need to be commended and have honorable mention!! Xavier and Ruth made sure my entire stay from check in, last week Nov 29th thru Dec 2nd & this week Dec 8th thru Dec 10th, to check out was an EXCELLENT Customer Experience. I was greeted, they were flexible with my requests for a particular style of layout and floor. Xavier was relatable and he shared personal stories which helped to ease my anxieties and answered some of my questions while I was traveling for work between NY and NC. Ruth was nurturing and accommodated my requests to set aside breakfast for me and my family. Both Xavier and Ruth embodied compassion and they were both committed to making sure that my guest experience was top notch, from the beginning of my stay through the end. I was so happy and comfortable at Homewoods that I even extended my stay, and that was a direct result of both Xavier’s and Ruth’s hospitality and efforts. Thank you Homewoods for hiring the best people for the job, such as Ruth & Xavier! They both truly gave me an unforgettable time at your Hotel.

Love the suite experience. The treadmills were clean and well kept. Woyld have liked fresh towels and room coffee supplied daily but I can deal. Would have been nice to have friendlier faces at the front desk. I have been there when they are more friendly and accomodating. This crew was just there to do the bare min I think

The staff that I interacted with were wonderful! However, my suite was way too far from the elevators. I am using a cane at this time so just getting out of and back to the suite was horrible! While I don’t know where you would put it, the building definitely needs an additional set of elevators.

Breakfast was buffet style which was fine for us. The room was sizable and clean. The printer in the business center could not be connected to the PC's so I had to ask the front desk to print out some show tickets for me. The front desk staff was friendly and obliged.

The location is great, there are tons of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The rooms were tidy, nice and had great amenities. I would definitely stay again if I was visiting the area for another concert.
